後面只能加形容詞 或 過去分詞(表進行式的被動)
1. 形容詞 You're being too smart. 你啊，別聰明過頭了。
2. 過去分詞(表進行式的被動) I am being bitten by some bug. 有蟲正在咬我。
你的例句錯誤，可以這樣更動：
1. there are a lot of needy women in the world.
2. 若強調"現在正有"： there are a lot of needy women in the world right now.
